Design Biscuit respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit our website, enquire about our services or work with us.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide through enquiries, bookings, email, Trello and your engagement with us. This may include your name, company, contact details, billing information, project briefs, brand assets, design preferences, files, feedback and communications.

Please only provide personal information and project materials that you are authorised to share.

3. How we use information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange calls, provide design services, manage requests and feedback, administer subscriptions and paused-day credits, process invoices and payments, and provide support.

Subscription prices, pauses, cancellation and scheduled unbilled breaks are explained in our Terms of Service, rather than this Privacy Policy.

4. Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers to operate our website and deliver our services. These include Framer for the new website, Trello for project management and Google Calendar/Meet for bookings and calls, together with the email, file-storage and payment services used for your engagement. Relevant information is handled through those providers as needed to deliver the service.

Some providers may process or store information outside Australia. Their handling of information is also subject to their own privacy policies. We may disclose information where required or authorised by law.

5. Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect client information and limit access to people and providers who need it for the engagement. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We keep information for as long as needed for the engagement, related administration and legal or record-keeping obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that may conflict with those obligations.

6. Access, corrections and privacy concerns

Email hello@designbiscuit.com.au to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about its handling, or raise a privacy concern. You may also request deletion of information; some records may need to be retained for legal or administrative reasons.

We will review your request or complaint and respond to you. Where Australian privacy law applies, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au if a concern remains unresolved.
